The Medcom Bridge: Phase II

Welcome to Phase II of the Medcom Compliance Bridge! Our team worked hard to enhance the Bridge platform to make the experience easy for anyone needing Compliance Services. You’ll want to hear all about this round of updates if you’ve ever used the Bridge or are interested in learning more. Now, onto the new features…

Dynamic Data Forms

These new Data Forms will make things much easier and are available for certain popular services on the Bridge. They provide online forms that you’re able to fill out instead of formatting your own data. For example, this allows you to enter your data into a form when placing an order instead of waiting and upload a separate document.

When placing an order, the most recent data for that client and other services will populate in the dynamic data forms, cutting down on time you’ll spend filling it out for services ordered regularly. This feature allows you to print out a copy of the automatically formatted data to share with clients and keep records of all the information provided.

New Medcom Serviceshandshake

The Bridge has expanded to not only be a platform for ordering Compliance services, but you can now place orders for HIPAA, COBRA, and CDHP solutions, too. So, there are now over 100 different services you can order from Medcom without ever leaving the Bridge or sending an email! This includes proposals needed for these orders, which are all up to date and accessible, through the Bridge.

Redesigned Broker Dashboard

The Dashboard, or Homepage, is completely redesigned with functionality in mind. Everything that’s used regularly and needs to be the most accessible is right at the top. Your Services and their statuses are one of the first things you will see to stay totally up-to-date. Recent notifications and notes are visible now, which allows you to see if your Account Manager at Medcom has left any notes on any of your orders or if they need any more data from you. Anything that is not helpful has been removed from the Dashboard, so you don’t have to worry about scrolling to find what you need.
